I would like to introduce you to NeXus XSport. The only Canadian Hockey Scheduling Software designed by experienced Ice Schedulers. With NeXus XSport will no longer need to update the same information in multiple files or multiple papers.

Some Key features of the software include:

• Import your games and practices from spreadsheets you receive from other sources.
• Print or email Arena Reports showing all events scheduled at that arena by month or year or time period in different file formats.
• Print or email Team Reports in a calendar view by month. Show even the tournaments that the teams may be attending.
• Print or email Centre Reports that allow you to work with other schedulers easily focusing on games only scheduled between you and them.
• Inform you of conflicts that you have made when you may have double booked an ice surface, a team or booked a game or practice with no available ice.

If those features did not get you interested, how about an email that is automatically created by the system when you have rescheduled a game or practice. This email will fill in all the email body for you so that you can send this easily to inform the team, officials or others of the game or practice change with no typing.

We are offering this to minor hockey associations for as an annual subscription fee of $499 CAD. The Annual Subscription fee provides associations to use the software, receive online support, and all upgrades. There may be additional setup fees, which may include installation, training or premium support. Associations who have used the system are amazed when the system informs them of conflicts for them. If the system can find 3 conflicts for your association, if you factor only the ice time saved for most associations it has already paid for itself.
